AI Agentic Mastery Academy (the “Academy,” “we,” “us”) is an online education platform operated by Truth J Blue LLC. These Terms govern your access to and use of the website at ai.agenticmastery.academy and all courses, downloads, communities, and services offered through it (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Purchases create a student account tied to the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including account sharing or redistribution of course materials. If we terminate your account for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund outside the guarantee window described in our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

One-time purchases (such as the Mastery Course and eBook) grant ongoing access to the purchased content for the life of the platform. Subscription products (such as the Operators Circle) bill monthly until canceled; you may cancel at any time from your billing page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

One-time purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in full in our Refund Policy. Subscription payments already charged are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

All course content — videos, scripts, templates, worksheets, prompts, audio, and text — is owned by Truth J Blue LLC and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning and in your own business.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or use the materials to create competing products or training. Templates and prompts may be used and adapted freely within your own business operations.

The Services provide education and tools, not business, legal, financial, or professional advice. Results depend on your business, your implementation, and factors outside our control. Any revenue figures, time savings, ROI examples, or market statistics presented in the Services are illustrative and are not promises of your results.

Lessons reference third-party platforms and AI services (for example: automation platforms, CRMs, and AI model providers). Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, and availability, which may change without notice. You are responsible for how AI agents you build behave in your business, including compliance with laws that apply to your industry.

Where your purchase includes community access or live Q&A sessions, you agree to participate respectfully. We may remove any participant who is abusive, spams, solicits, or shares others' private information. Live session schedules may change; recordings, where offered, are provided as-is.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truth J Blue LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update course content, add or retire features, and revise these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
