Privacy Policy
Effective July 7, 2026
1. What we collect
Account information: your name and email address, collected when you purchase and used to create your student account.
Purchase information: what you bought, when, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your full card number never reaches our servers.
Learning activity: lesson progress, quiz and exam results, certificate records, and download history — used to run the platform features you paid for.
Technical basics: authentication cookies that keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the learning platform.
2. How we use it
To deliver what you purchased: course access, module unlocks, quizzes, certificates, and downloads.
To send transactional email — sign-in links, receipts, and account notices.
To send you course-related and marketing email about our products, which you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. Transactional messages (like sign-in links) are sent regardless, because the platform cannot function without them.
To protect the Services — detecting account sharing, fraud, and abuse.
3. Who processes your data
We use a small set of service providers to run the Academy, each receiving only what their function requires: Supabase (account database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Mailgun (transactional email delivery), LeadConnector / HighLevel (our CRM and marketing email), and Mux (video streaming, where lessons include video).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
4. Retention
We keep your account and learning records for as long as your account exists, so your access, progress, and certificates remain available. Purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove personal information not subject to a legal retention requirement.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have additional rights, and we honor requests consistent with applicable law.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@agenticmastery.academy from the address on your account. Note that deleting your account ends your access to purchased content and voids any certificates' verification links.
6. Cookies
The platform sets cookies required for authentication and session security. These are essential cookies — the signed-in experience cannot work without them. We do not set advertising cookies on the learning platform.
7. Children
The Services are intended for business owners and professionals and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes and contact
If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the update here with a new effective date. Questions or requests: support@agenticmastery.academy.
