Refund Policy

Every one-time purchase — the Agentic AI Mastery Course, Mastery Lite, the AI Agent Blueprint eBook, and the Prompt Vault — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the program is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and we will return the full amount to your original payment method.

We ask one thing, in your own interest: before you decide, complete Module 1 and run the Business Process Audit on your own operation. Most students find their answer there. Either way, the guarantee stands.

Email support@agenticmastery.academy from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Refund request.” Include your purchase date if you have it handy. No forms, no exit interview, no retention scripts.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once the refund is issued, access to the refunded product and its downloads ends, and any certificate earned from a refunded course is voided.

The Operators Circle is a monthly membership. You can cancel at any time from your billing page or by emailing support; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the paid period. Payments already charged for past or current billing periods are not refunded, except where required by law.

If you added the Prompt Vault at checkout and refund your main purchase, tell us whether you want to keep the Vault. Refunding the entire order returns the full amount including the bump; keeping the Vault refunds only the main product.

Requests outside the 30-day window are not covered by the guarantee, but write to us anyway — where a genuine access problem or billing error occurred, we make it right.
